MENTOR COACH
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Must have experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting early childhood education staff, be a certified CLASS® Observer, and maintain certification to conduct reliable classroom observations and support continuous quality improvement. Applicants must be knowledgeable of Head Start Performance Standards, curriculum implementation, child development, and effective instructional practices. Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also required.
Preschool Teacher
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. The selected candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the education, development, and well-being of young children.
Teacher Assistant
Applicants must have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Preschool or a Birth-5 setting. The selected candidate will assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting classroom activities through teamwork.
Infant/Toddler Teacher
Applicants must have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler or a 0-5 Early Childhood setting; a Bachelor’s or AAS degree in an early childhood setting is preferred. The candidate must provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive learning environment for infants and toddlers while supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through developmentally appropriate activities, positive interactions, and individualized care.
Education Support Staff 
Applicant must have a high school diploma and a CDA or be willing to obtain a CDA credential.  Must be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
