All Programs Are Based on Household Size and Monthly Income

WINTER

• Winter regular assistance program begins in January of each year.

• Dates are determined by state office.

CRISIS WINTER ASSISTANCE

• Program begins on march 1st of each year unless the state office changes the date.

• Electric or gas bills can qualify.

SUMMER

• Only electric bills can be paid during summer months, and the state office also requires a copy of your gas bill if you use both.

• The regular assistance program begins in July of each year, and the dates are determined by the state office.

SUMMER CRISIS ASSISTANCE

• Program begins in July or August

• Dates are determined by the state office.

EF&S

This program helps with electric assistance and rental assistance when available (this is a small local program).
